I've always been a rather plain person, and have only just begun to embrace that I don't need to be spectacular. I'm not really grand at anything, but I'm not horrible at everything, either.

I live in a small town and have no desire to leave it, which is part of the reason I chose nursing as my field of study. I have a wonderful significant other who knows almost everything about me. (We all have our dirty little secrets that we don't share with anyone, yeah?)

My favorite colors are brown, green, and blue, respectively. I like all kinds of music, except for most rap. I don't have a favorite band or song, but lately I've been listening to alot of Waylon Jennings and Nickleback.

I have an intense passion for Zombie movies and reading romance/suspense novels. I'm hung up on Kay Hooper, Iris Johanson, and Sandra Brown at the moment. I really like Dee Henderson's O’Malley series, and I'm currently trying out some other books of hers.

Poetry has never been my forte, but I really enjoy writing it when I need an outlet for intense emotion or a muse just won't leave me alone. If you see an error in one of my poems (typo, misuse of a word, etc.), then don't hesitate to tell me. Aside from being a tad embarrassed, I'm really grateful for the help.

i don't know what drove you to view my works because of a comment i made (must've been good), but thanks.

i can't say that YOUR color choices are the best either (i had to adjust my brightness all the way down), but you've got plenty of good stuff to make up for it.

on a serious note, thanks for stoppin' by, and i'm glad you enjoyed reading my stuff. sorry about the color scheme, but i'm stubborn, and i really don't care.
