Jade-CyrShow poetry

Free verse, with some sense of rhythm. I love irony. I love great thoughts,
and find myself constantly searching for them. I love words and syntax.
I discovered about 32 years ago that Jesus Christ truly is the Son of God,
and it is critical we discover this fact before we die, or before He comes
the second time. He has changed my life drastically, and I actually have
a reason for living. Without Jesus, and the eternal life He offers to
those who really do love Him, I don't see much sense to life. Jesus will
not reveal Himself to those who are content to remain in the darkness.
I like surfing, snow skiing, writing poetry, people of any size, shape,
creed or color. I'm crazy about music. The Beatles were my favorite. My favorite now is the "Secret Garden." The greatest movie of all time is
"The Wizard of Oz." And my motto for life is; "The pain of regret is
always greater than the pain of discipline."

Just wanted to stop in and say "HI".
I really like the way you write. You are eloquent and dazzling.
I'm going to read something else you've written too.

Hi, Jade! I see you are very new here at A/P; so, WELCOME! Thank you so much for stopping by my Author Page and leaving such a wonderful message. Like you, I feel that a relationship with God and His Christ has nothing whatsoever to do with religion: and, one must experience them both to know they really do exist.

I have always felt that this life would not be worth living were it not for God's promises of something better to come, if we but choose His way and accept His Son as His Son. Praise the Lord, I was introduced to Him at age 6, baptized at 9yo in the Baptist Church, then baptized into His Truth in 1981. Without Them, I wouldn't even be alive to spread God's Truths.

Well, dear brother in Christ, I'm off to read something you've written!

    Love and hugs, B♥nnieQ
