Hello!
The name is Jade.
I'm 20, born and bred in England, UK. I have been writing poetry and lyrics since a young age - approximately 10. Off-and-on anyhow. I write to get my feelings out, not to be the best. I realise I have a long way to go until I am "one of the best" But to be one of the best is not my real motivation. Atlough if I can impress people along the way, that's great!
I don't post all my poems/songs on this site, only some of them. Often I'll wait for a contest that tickles my fancy, and then write for that. I also usually leave anything I've written on here, because of the sentimental value, even if I'm not too keen on it later.
Here are just a few random facts to describe myself:
- I am an INFP.
- Music is my saviour, as well as writting. There are few things more pleasing than finding a song I feel I can relate to.
- I love psychology, and people-watching. People always fascinate me. My dream job would be something in the psychology area, if not something to do with writting.
- My favourite colour to look at is orange. My favourite colour to wear is black. My favourite number is 7, and I have no clue why.
- I'm Spiritual, and believe the spirit lives on, that you can comminicate with spirirts, I believe in angels. etc. At least I believe it the majority of the time, when my faith hasn't been violently shaken.
- My biggest fears are abandonment/losing loved ones, the dark, clowns, falling from heights, and insects.
