"I is Somebody Else"
-Arthur Rimbaud
My favorite poets include Arthur Rimbaud, Ezra Pound, Charles Buckowski, WB Yeats, Andre Breton, Allen Ginsberg, Edgar Allen Poe, John Milton, Dante Alligheri, TS Elliot, and many more.
My favorite book of all time is probably A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, my second favorite A Season In Hell by Arthur Rimbaud, and my favorite artist is Jean-Michel Basquiat. All of those people and works greatly influence me in my writing.
I'd like to start off by saying I just write based off of what I see and becuase I enjoy doing so. I see things alot differently than most people, but thats okay everybody's different. I can't change the world and it would be selfish of me to try becuase its just as much my world as it is everyone else's so im in no position to tell you what i want for it, I just write.
I'm generally pretty sarcastic and yet happy but i have my deppressive moments, and I'm normally a very angry person. When I write poetry I write what makes sense to me and what I like, no matter how shocking and fucked up you might find it to be.
Oh, and remember, read Rimbaud, read as much as you can get your damned hands on...
