Hello to all, I'd like to say that I am welcoming this opportunity to explore and grow through this forum. I am totally a beginner and will most likely make my fair share of mistakes as I toil to express myself. They say that the pen is more lethal than the sword and I myself have often been left to bleed as I as search for truth via the written (or spoken) word. I myself prefer the erotic and sensual to hacking a bloody path. But who knows what may come out as one begins to purge the depths of their soul. I am happy to join one and all in this pursuit. May our words bring us closer and enrich our lives. And may our words no matter how vile or even silly they seem, embody honestly the truth from where they came. I look forward to getting to know you all. I know it would probably make the majority of you LOL if you could witness my trials and tribulations, first hand! Yet I hope someday I will become competant enough to end my own frustration. One day MAYBE, I will look back and laugh at myself. (One can only hope!) NEW NOTE: With the help of my new friends here on AP my poetry is growing! I have begun to try various forms and working on free verse with metaphor and those other poetic devices...
