I love words, especially poetry.

I joined for critiques and publicity. I believe in my work, yet I always want to better myself.




You ask how I write : I tell you it comes from years of trying, years of scratching - years of futility. This ability is a gift and a honed craft. The essence of practice is mastery.

You ask why I write : I tell you it comes from a need to rectify emotion. If my feelings find words, they also find weight and validity. You are the therapy you need. I rarely write off-the-cuff about something I have no feelings for - it seems like a waste of vocabulary to do so.
