I've been writing poetry for about seven years off and on now. I've had a lot of changes happen in my life lately that I won't really get into here. It all eventually comes out in my writing, my solace.
I recently transferred to Ivy Tech from Ball State University. There's a bit difference. It's been quite the experience. I've got through a lot of problems with new friends made there, but overall I love it.
Recently I've had some problems getting back into my writing, some major writers block. But I'm working through it and I hope to have some new material up here soon!
I've gone through a lot of heart ache in my life. And a lot of it has been recently. I don't know what I'd do without the few friends that I have. So if you ever read this... I would like to say thank you to Tisha, Sarah, Landon, and Niam. There are also a few others. You know you're special to me. You're all in my heart. Without you I wouldn't be who I am today.

Snow flakes.

I counted till they danced so
Their slippers leaped the town,
And then I took a pencil
To note the rebels down.
And then they grew so jolly
I did resign the prig,
And ten of my once stately toes
Are marshalled for a jig!
