How could I have fixed this?
When did things get so bad?
Why am I leaving this place...

With brave faces painted on.
Hand in hand we'll jump,
We'll be together even when we're gone.
And they'll say "Oh such a shame"
When truly it is not,
For if we didn't leave today
Dying on earth, we'd forever rot.
