I'm a novelist first, poet second, but I work very hard on both.
I'm a lesbian, and have a beautiful, talented, fun, creative, quirky, funny girlfriend who I love with every fibre of my being. I've only recently moved in with her and I'm the happiest I've ever been.
I don't post the best of my ability on this site. The best is saved for publication, and I've been plagiarized from this site before.
I'm British, and proud to be so.
I will happily accept constructive criticism, and give it freely.
I am harsh with my advice however. If you're crap, I'll tell you so, but I'll never do that without telling you how to get better.
My chief ambition is to get the novel I'm currently working on, and all it's sequels, published, though I'll settle for working in a literary agency until then, if I can get into one when I finish my degree.
I was published for the first time in the January 2008 edition of 'Obsessed with Pipework' with a poem called 'Tulips on a Sunday' that I previously had posted on this website. I hope this is the beginning of my writing career, rather than a brief and admittedly small spark.
