Hello, my name is VIla Rai Hobboie. (Vila, like Lila, but a V instead of an L. Rai like.. Ray. And Hobbie, as in, everyone has a hobbie.)
I personally don't understand what is so hard about my name. In the correct way to speak, and spell in the english language... it would be the way it is supposed to be said, but.. i guess most people lost that part of their intellegnce or maybe just didn't learn.. <.<

Chi’s dad was a Cat-Demon, and got with Chi’s Mom who was a Fairie. Chi’s mom was used for an experiment while being pregnant with Chi. She was tested to see if anything about her would change if Komodo Dragon genes were injected into her. Well, nothing did, but, the genes entered Chi’s blood stream, effecting her slightly. Then when Chi was around 12 years old, she was bit by a full blooded vampire, thus turning her, just a little.


Birthdate: September 26th. 11:59pm

Deathdate: Hasn’t died yet.

Age: 1563 Years old.

Age Appears To Be: 17

Skin (Including scars and tattoos): Light, Not pale, not tan. Though, she has.. a very light tan.. Only noticeable when you see the light tan line of her bikini. Little scars on the back of her hands. One, very apparent scar on her left palm. (Explains in history).

Height: 5’6

Weight: 126 Pounds.

Physical Build: Average. Very skinny, but not anorexic. “Slender” Flat, fit stomach. Well busted, Evenly Balanced. Measurements= 36’25’35 (Good Hour Glass Shape)

Dominant Hand: Right, but decent with left.

Hair:
-Color: Gray/Silver-Blue
-Type: Straight
-Length: Mid-Thighs
-Style: Down
-Bangs: Hang in her eyes.

Eyes:
-Type: Slightly Cat like.
-Color(s): Raspberry Red.

Other Features (Such as wings.. Tails..Ect.): Black, Teal, and Purple wings that randomly show at points. Along, with black fluffy cat tail, and ears.

Clothes: Normally Dark. Randomly changes for occasions. She always has a black and purple beaded braclet on, and a large black collar as well. Chi also has a black trench coat that reaches her feet.

Equipment: A messenger bag holding, Two pairs of sciccors. Two Daggers. 58 Safety Pins, pens, pencils, and paper. Occasionally, random snacks as well.

Weapons: Two katanas that are normally at her waist, held on by belts. Seven daggers, five being hidden on her body. One in her left boot (Facing outwards). Two in her right boot (Facing inwards, and outwards). One at her inner left thigh. And one at her inner.. hip? Pelvis? Hidden by the belts. And 28 safety pins on her clothes.

Abilities:
Chi was born with blood manipulation. It is a powerful ability, which i believe is uncontrollable. Her emotions and reactions can effent what she does.

But the purple and black beaded braclet binds her from using her powers when it is on.

Chi's blood is the easiest for her to use. In or out of her body. She can fly if she willed it so, but she doesn't like to, and she isn't good at it.

Other's blood are normally very easy for her to move as well. Inside or out. But those who are dragons, elves, or angels are much harder for her to control because she doesn't practice with them that much.

Chi mostly likes to use, or create, blood blades, or needles, that she attacks her opponent with.

She can make shields or barriers (Out of blood) to protect her self.

Chi can heal most physical wounds by keeping her blood flow going.

Chi can bring the dried blood from trees, walls, grounds.. Ect. And manipulate that as well.

Chi has a secret attack. But she only uses if if desperate, or about to die her self.

Natural Fairie abilites. Though she isn't that good at them, because she rarely practices using them. She is also limited.
-Invisability (It can only last for about four minutes, five if she is lucky)
-Illusions (Trapping others in illusions, whether it is an illusion of animals or mazes. It can only last for eight minutes.
-Disguising (Um Hiding things, kind of like illusions, but she is limitless, unless she is touched by a white rose.
-Powers over natural elements (She is best with Air/Wind, next nature/earth, then ice/water, and lastly, fire.)

Flight (Fairie wings)

Nails, They can grow up to three feet long and extremely strong, and sharp.

Flexable, Quick, and Agile.

Hightened Scences. Her scence of smell is very good. Taste is okay. Scence of touch.. Depends on the situation. Scence of hearing is very good, and her sight is spectacular.


Magic: No real magic from her fingertips or anything like that. But Chi does have Dust and potions!
DUST=
-Ice blue; Once the dust make contact to an object, it will grow and spread ice as much as there is dust.
-Blue; Once dust makes contact to water, it freezes the water.
-Red; Once dust meets air, sparks of fire turn aflame.
-Olive Green; Poison. If touch or sniffed, you will get a high fever. Only healed by Yellow Dandelion Potion.
-Lavander; Sleepy. If sniffed at all, you will instantly fall asleep. The aroma to awaken is a red rose. Other wise, you will stay sleeping for thirty long minutes.
-Silver; Paralyze. If it gets on you, your paralyzed. It will only got away after thirty minutes or the aroma of a Pink Tulep.
POTIONS=
-Olive Green; Poison (Sick). Same as the dust.
-Clear; Poison (Death). Will cause death within Five minutes unless the juice of apples and strawberries are dranken.
-Yellow Dandelion; Cures sick poison or any sickness if dranken.
-Lavander; Sleep (Similar to the Dust)
-Silver/Gray; Paralyze (Similar to the Dust)
-Red; Numbness. To block out pain. It would fade in thrity minutes.

Strengths:
-Being on old battle grounds, or where blood had once been shed.
-Being around Nature.
-The nights
-Close up, hand-to-hand combat


Weaknesses:
-Iron
-Naturally, her chest. (Her boobs!)
-The cold
-Upperlegs/thighs (A sensitve spot on her body)
-Sence of Smell (To strong of a smell will ache her.)
-Sence of hearing. (Something to loud may hurt her ears if to close)
-Air combat
-Women's monthly gift (Her blood manipulation ceases till the "Gift" goes away)

Personality:
LIkes- Bathing in sunlight. Writing. Reading. Drawing. Watching. Balance. Fairness. Beauty. Smiles. Nature. Killing. Gore. Blood. Respect. The moon. The night. Peacefulness. Sharp things. Interesting people.

Dislikes- Smoking. Inconsideracy. Rudeness. Ignorance. Mushrooms. Olives. Fish. The cold. Bugs.

Chi is normally quiet at first and she likes to watch others. Observing things are like a hobbie to her. She finds beauty in almost everything and everywhere. Even if it may be distorted and strange. Respect will always get her attention, for the better. Inconsideracy.. She isn't a fan of and if it is towards her, she wont let down an argument. Chi's heart is cold but she has warm emotions. She is very truthfull, even if it may hurt someone. But she is strangly, slightly, sensitive at times. But she hides it well. Things said or done towards her will stay in her mind for sometime, wondering "Why?" for it all. Chi's trust leve is at a Seven (One Through Ten) for most, unless she feels strange vibes that she doesnt' like. Then it would decrease. It takes her a while to get comfortable around others at first.

Alignment: She does what she thinks is right. Her own justice system, but she still follows rules.. Occasionally.

History/Background: After Chi was born, her family knew they wouldn't live long. Chi's inability or even awarness of her blood manipulation made her accidently kill her parents and the doctor. The nurse managed to calm Chi long enough to lock her up. By the age of what looke five, she acknowledged her powers. But she still had to stay locked up, because she still couldn't control her powers. Chi was kept busy with learning physical fighting skills and with games to prevent her from killing her self and others. Then, a women began visiting Chi. She talked to her alot, giving Chi a friend and mother figure, but she was growing old. The women was only human who believed in wicca befor she died, she gave Chi a black and purple beaded braclet with a forever spell. The spell was ment to bind Chi from useing her powers and to on to hold onto the women's spirit after death. Only when the women died did the bracelet's spell take effect. Chi believes the woman's spirit is in them and that's what binds them. She ran off at the age that looked Ten. She wandered around, traveling the lands. Chi then ran into a girl named Rio. They became very close freinds. At what looked like twelve, she was attacked by a full blooded vampire. Chi got away with her life, but was turned partial vampire. After the event, Chi ran from Rio, her only freind. Chi has come to drink blood only occasionally, and her favorite are those who are in love. Sometime later, she met many new people, in a different land. She was well knwon as one who protects and randomly kills. One of Chi's freinds, Kiakun, was badly injured. His left palm was cut, and it brought him pain frequently. Chi tried to cure the wound, but the curse was used for the wound to never stop causing pain. Chi summoned up enough energy and power to transfer it to her self. After leaving that area, she fell upon another and soon fell in love witha human. But of course, he left Chi for another girl and now Chi continues on with her journey. When Chi looked 15 is when she met a with named Rain. Though Rain was very strange and they had random conflict, they were still there for eachother. Rain saw Chi's bracelt, and instantly recognized it. Rain had known the old women the Chi encountered at the begining of Chi's life. And now.. Chi lives on doing as she does.
