Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
Sometimes, it seems time seems to pass by so fast. It's not that it scares me, just that I'm entering high school and it just seems like I barely started school at all. And after high school, the world...and the world is already starting to scare me. Yet, I know I can't stay in Baker County, and I refuse to. Somewhere beyond the horizon, there's a place with street lights that shine brighter, where hope and dreams can flourish, and all I gotta do is chase after that place.
Not that I believe in a place like that, you understand. I know there's no place on earth like that. Every street light is the same, and every street light will one day grow dim and die out.
Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I saw it first as a reflection in your eyes. A quaint little fence, the white paint still fresh. We could smell it from where we were beside the empty street, and I don't think we'd ever smelled anything as good as that in ou

I am a ghost. I am a stranger in a world where people are breathing, where hearts are still beating. I am an onlooker, a witness to the unraveling of many threads of life. There is a path between the world of the living and t632 lines, 1 comment, May 26, 2007. In 600-2000 words
