I love writing poerty because it is a talent and skill that I believe is a gift from God that I am lucky to have. With the talent and skills I have, poetry has been helping me expressed my feeling about anything such as fully batted and beaten the long hard battle of depression a few yrs. ago yet was and still am today fully recovered and been doing great.. About me...I have been writing poetry for 7 years and still going strong at writing. I am happily married to a wonderful man who changed my life in so many ways. I like to go out with my friends to have fun times, play volleyball, go on bus trips, go shopping, Spending time with my hubby and the 2 cats..my list can go on here lol.

shatteredremains on April 6, 2006Hey, you really are a very talented writer and I loved the poem you entered in my contest, I just related with it so well and I kept rereading it because no matter how many times I read it everytime it was just as amazing as the first time. And yes, as soon as I get up so more points I'm going to have a contest and include prewrites because I know how much it sucks when you can't enter prewrites when you have the perfect poem for it.
