"...the future becomes the present, the present the past, and the past turns into everlasting regret if you don't plan for it!" -Amanda on The Glass Menagerie (book version)
*About Me*
First of all I figure I could tell you the name is Amanda. Am acutally about 16 years old, will be going on 5 in a few months. Life is no fun when you're too mature to go puddle-stomping and sled-riding.
Writing is my vice. Sometimes I hit stumbling blocks, and I won't write for an incredibly long time. Sometimes I write like mad. I can't say I have any sort of style, I'll do whatever mulls through my head for a bit.
Me in general? I'm not that interesting. According to some friends (*cough*) I'm a nutter. I hope they're right, normal people bore me. I like saying random things, and will take anyone on in a randomness war. Just bring it. I'm Christian, and I like to think I'm strong in my beliefs. I try not to be the Biblethumper sort, and still open minded, but if you want to have a religious conversation I will most definitely back up my beliefs. And I'm a bit of an optimist at heart. I believe the world has a wonderful little habit of turning out for the best no matter what. That's probably about all you need to know.
Love my friends, owe a lot to them. The ones on here include: Pintsized, Magik Willow, Magik Xander, Sweethart, bearable, brittbrat1585, Ladanday, and Becks. If I know you and don't know it (lol), just leave me a note and I'll add ya.
Oh, one last bit. If it's not obvious already (okay, yah, look at the name)I'm a Tolkienite. And hobbits rock, just so you know. Anyone who says otherwise is an evil minion of Sauron.
And now I'm done. About me that is.
*Favorite Quotes* (Well, the lesser-known ones)
