Hi everyone thank you for taking the time to come and have a look at my poem I've been writing poetry for around 7 years mainly during a dark period of my life and found that poetry writing just came naturally to me as I needed to express myself and this is how it came out. Im a pretty casual type of person who likes the simple things in life, has a great respect for animals and nature and am not quite where I want to be in life.
Im 27 years of age with a very loving partner, I don't get time to do much in the way of hobbies as I work 12hours shifts leaving very little time for all else but on the whole for my days off I love to get to the beach and get the sand in between my toes and this was also a place for alot of my poem writing, wide open beach, quiet from the rest of the world and only the sound of the ocean lapping at your feet. Ahhhhh Bliss. Thanks once again hope I can get more poetry swinging your way. Oh yeh and I live in sunny Queensland, Australia, and Im proud to announce that Iam officially a published writer with one poem in the book of anthologies called Opal Shores.Yeehaa
