I like to consider myself a writer, poet, novelist and playwright. The beauty of the written word flows through me, literally like a drug.
Two things you need to know about me:
1)When reading my work, please comment, don't proofread. I am one of the Human Spellchecks, but I keep that in check because on AP we are all each other's peers, not teachers.
2)My work has been called "beautiful" and "haunting" and "stunning". But never say that I'm arrogant. I barely let anyone read my work. I think of myself as a writer who makes the ordinary seem special and like they say...
Don't tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass. ~Anton Chekhov

It’s the perfect kissing scene, straight out of a movie. Boy and girl, sitting as close as skin can allow, intoxicated with each other’s presence. No words are spoken, no words are needed. You can almost hear her heart racing15 lines, October 6

-BlackKnight- on September 5, 2007An underbite, eh? I don't see any evidence for that.

Also, I don't think his teeth are all that yellow.
And yes, he's pretty awesome.

-BlackKnight- on September 3, 2007I think the humor comes from it being such a nonsensical picture. I personally have to keep from busting a gut from laughing whenever I look at it, despite it being a perfectly stupid picture that makes no sense.
That said, I'm glad you liked it; I've got plenty more dumb pictures I'll no doubt use in the future, so stay tuned.

Ember Rose : Indeed. on February 13, 2007A realist...lol. Same here, but never put down what others compliment you on. I agree that it often holds a bunch of junk that has about as much true meaning as the number of stories I have heard from the homeless always owning land, money et al...lol. Having been homeless I always found their fantasy land both amusing and annoying. I dang sure had nada..
. But then I think most people homeless or otherwise have spent a good deal of time living in a fantasy they hone to fit their needs and often share it with others. Be a realist dear, but remember no matter your outward appearance...a realist has beauty within their soul that shines outward reflecting it to others.
