MY POETRY
==========

I’m more of an 'emotion lover' than a 'word lover'...my poetry is simple with more heart in it than mind...I know that playing with words makes poetry more readable and more enjoyable but in a way it also leaves out the simplicity of poetry...the true essence of poetry being in its ability to bring out the deepest heartfelt emotions in a person...the emotions which are so strong that they do not need strong words to carry them...

MY UNDERSTANDING OF POETRY
===========================

I use poetry to explore myself… to put to words… those immense feelings that even without words can be so powerful….yet without words so fruitless…my poems are also a way of resolving conflict… within my own self… it’s a means of directing thoughts and clearing the mind… and a chapter to be added to life… to be studied. And understood…to examine and critically appraise… and yet a piece of art to be admired without judgment… in isolation…as a form of it’s own… with it’s conception… to birth…to it’s path… and into it’s aim and uptill….it’s reason to be has been fulfilled….thus lives a poem…to be understood in totality and yet be understood without bounds….thus lives a man…to be judged… and yet not to be judged…because both appreciation and condemnation require judgment…thus again a duality presents itself…to be resolved with passion from the heart and wisdom from the mind…

ME

I am a fun lover
a child of the moon and the ocean tide...
born to play in the arms of water...
sway like the waves to the music in life...
under the moonlit sky...
like a symphony
with each part of me dancing
and bringing the ecstasy of the music in the world
together with the music in the soul...
that's me...fluid...like love...like music...like water...like the soul...
that's me...I can't be defined...
I can only be understood when I am taken completely within...
I take my shape to suit the people who dare to accept me! !
