Many years ago there was a poet who was outgoing but shy, knowledgeable but naive and made beautiful words have meaning. With many friends and a life of scars and hope, she wrote a great many poems and stories evolved from reality.
Since 2003, she's placed most of her writing here, in the trusting hands of the Allpoetry servers.
But she left her writing behind for reasons she can't even begin to explain. Love, life, work, and lack of experiences worth writing about all meshed to form a gigantic writer's sphere around her mind. She wrote very little, and never posted any of it publicly.
Most recently she reconnected with a friend whom she had met from Allpoetry. That friend light a fire around the icy sphere and melted down the walls. He unleashed a chaotic flood of words that had been packing up for years. In due time, she will compose them again - slowly but surely.
And to compensate for her return, she has retitled herself with her old pen-name: GypsyRoseDancer.
