I am Phoenix7289... I chose to change my name.

I am a religious Episcopalian Christian, if you have a problem with it, then just leave me alone. I try to be friends with anyone, ANYONE, no matter their religion, their sexual orientation, ANYTHING!!! If they are a fake of their religion and I feel the need to tell them, there is a small chance I might. I love drumming, coin collecting, and playing air-guitar! I shall write more later...

I HATE CONTESTS! The only ones I really ever win at all with my so-called "AMAZING and SPEAKING TO PEOPLE" poems are ones that friends hold... then they find out I wrote a certain poem, and OH, we HAVE to give him A TROPHY!!! Well guess what.. I hate contests and will rarely enter them from now on!

Lately I write not too often anymore, but still write the good stuff! I believe that God guides my hand when I write. It is not completely me doing the writing! I know this is true, it just can't be just me... He has helped me grow strong. So I hope all of you can find his love and help! I am 18, 6' 1" and am from North West suburbs of the Chicagoland area. I tend to write longer poetry a bit, because I really like long songs/poems. Such as music and songs, the longer the song, the better. You can get more out of it. However, compared to short crap, like rap, you don't get much out of it. This is one reason why I like to write longer poetry when I can, because I can get more out there. A good LONG song, is Octavarium by Dream Theater!!!! Check them out, they are AMAZING!!!
