Gregor SamsaShow poetry

In the last few years I have mainly written lyrics for performance with my band, which is too aggressive and noisy for somebody of my age to take part in with respectability. About 50 people in London think we are great, and about 10 of them come to every gig we do.

Gregor Samsa is an alternative persona for me that will encourage me to write a wider range of material.

I'll update this when I get more of the ethos here. Its an excellent site and I've already discovered a major poet in the archives (Antar).

Thanks for your comments. Yes I know the meaning - did Latin at school decades ago. It was used as a film title by Guy Debord.

"in girum imus nocte et consumimur igni" wonderful palindrome to choose for a motto. You know the meaning, yes? You also have an interesting bio. I also like your poetry. You are a strong writer. I think I like the one named Ghostless alot. Well done, will comment on that page as well.

    Darling

I notice you are very often one of the first to read but you rarely comment and this is what I think about that. You are sweet, keep reading and know anything you say is like special to me and I never, ever try to overlook even one comment. I used to but that was before I grew as a poet. Smoosh before I whoosh.
