Hi, my name is David. Many know me as GA. I've been writing poetryfor a good ten years, 5+ years online at different sites. I have tried to make new friends and inspire other poets wherever I go. It is a secret wish of mine to somehow organize a tight group of E-poets carved from several different poetry sites to promote an epic poetry project. I have some strong publishing ties and I'm currently working on putting together a poetry anthology called "Poet Storm." My dream is to give poets from multiple sites a chance to be published in Poet Storm magazine, so that all of our readership will have exposure to poets and poetry sites they might have otherwise never discovered!
I'll be back with more info on that as it develops. I guess I should take a moment to describe my work. For the moment, my profile is still verymuch "under construction." You currently see about ten percent or less of the poetry I have to offer. I have a lot of lyrics, but I also have free-verse poetry, too. Passionate is a good word that describes all of my writing. Some of it is romance, some of it is angst about my personal life, some of it is my passion for Christ, and some of it is just ALL OUT WAR on the socio-economic status-quo!
