Hello everyone. Honeybe introduced me to this site and I find I am as addicted now, as I was when first introduced. I started writing as a child, you know how people grab a notebook, or a piece of paper and just start writing. While the writing may be about the days happenings or what one might like to achieve, the writing process has begun. I find free verse works for me, and my topics range from love, to critical (society, personal etc..). Most of the love poetry is based on either real feelings or witnessed emotions.
*Friendship is the union of spirits, a marriage of hearts, and the bond thereof virtue
--William Penn Fruits of Solitude*
Friends, and the inherant friendships are extremely important. I have found that without my friends I think insanity would be inevitable.
*We need to teach the next generation of children from day one that they are responsible for their lives. Mankind's greatest gift, also its greatest curse, is that we have free choice. We can make our choices built from love or from fear
--Elizabeth Kubler-Ross*
I attended Daemen College (Buffalo New York), as an education major, with the required content area of English Literature. I have recently graduated from there with a Bachelor's of Science Degree and an Initial Teacher's Certification.
As Honeybe was so kind to point out, I had not updated my profile in a while, so here are the changes that have taken place since the last update.
I am currently attending Simmons College, in Boston MA for my masters degree in Behavioral Education.
While I often read romance novels, the classics and children's lit, play an important role.
Take care all.
