Hi everyone.
I am Heather.
No big deal. I'm a 17 year old student from a small town. I don't graduate for another year, but I intend to go to college after high school for a double major in Political Science and International Relations. I then plan to settle down for a few years and go back to college to get my Master's degree. I plan to some day join the Peace Corps. I want to make a difference in the world. As far as the college thing, I'd like to go and get a degree in law as an immigrations lawyer or a lawyer who represents children. I used to love writing poetry, and over the last year or so just kind of slipped away from it. I've only recently realized how helpful it is to me and how much I need writing to be content.
I love music. I think all forms of music convey some sort of meaning or emotion, and that's what makes it beautiful. I love my AP classes and I'm fascinated by the way the human mind works. I love theory and philosophy, as well as dark chocolate and cheese cake. =p
I don't like mind games or manipulation, or hypocrites or judgemental people. I speak a good amount of Spanish, a fair amount of German, and a little French. I plan to eventually learn Arabic, at least some of it. That's about all I've got to say right now, if there are any questions feel free to ask, && thanks for stopping by.
