Well, my name is Polly Jamieson, I am a 14 year old schoolgirl from Gloucesershire - thats in England. I have two dogs, one cat, two gerbils and a hamster. I also have two brothers, who might as well be animals, as they look, smell and act like gorillas!
Anyway, about me... (if you want to read, if not, skip this bit)
Personality, the good parts - I think.
- Friendly
- Honest
- Loyal
- Trustworthy
- Caring
- Thoughtful
And then we get the, lets say, not so good bits!
- Blunt
- Violent temper
- Very short fuse
- Bitchy
- Rough
- If I don't like someone, I do not like them!
- Stubborn
Looks Wise, I have brown hair, sounds very nice doesn't it, that I usually wear curly, as it is such an effort to straighten, its very thick you see! Um, its about shoulder lenght. Then I have hazel eyes, a more interesting way of saying, yes you guessed it - Brown.
I'm quiet petit (short), which is a bummer as every one is so much taller than me, grrr! Oh well . . .
I have just discovered poetry. At school we have to read, write and analyis poetry all the time, and I have always been reluctant.
Recently, my father has admitted he has been having an affair with another woman. This has shocked our family and cracked the foundations that we thought we had.
I did not know how to cope with this shock, so I have attempted many things to try and take away the pain. Poetry, I have now found, is a really easy and painless way of reliaving my feelings.
Until now, I have been a "closet poet", writing when I can, but never letting anyone see my work.
I have a sudden urge to show it to someone, but not any one around me, as everyone thinks I am mad enough already! So, my work is on here, please enjoy, as I have truely felt better for writing.

Livvie on August 20, 2006What a typically Henryesque response.

Uhs Feth Malorn on July 17, 2006Hm, I see no reason why you should not comment on my poetry, but I will comment back, and I am a relentless critique, though diplomatically so, I hope. I'd like a new opinion, but honesty would be appreciated, I don't mind if you hate my poetry as long as you back up your opinion. Thank you.
Regards,
