my back against the whitewashed wall
the wind entangling its slender fingers
inbetween my curls
the ocean whispers secrets
that only the moon can translate
and the sun begs for
a hint-
memories do have a scent.

I’m working hard not to forget a single name I hear this year. Each student, every teacher; any name that I come to know. Like a fleeting dream, we will separate and although some of us will keep close, others we may never see again. There is a specific reason that I am working my memory. One night soemthing really wierd happeneed. i woke yup in the dead middle of the night super thristy, so naturally I got up to get some water. The kitchen was dark and I was slightly mauseous and very disoriented. 1 I went to the cabine tto get myself a mug because water tastes better in mugs than in glasses.
