he is my love and my life and soon to be my husband. We have had a journey thus far in our life one that has had it's ups and downs as many do but I believe love, true love can concor all. Reclaiming.


Standing strong
both feet on the ground.
With a heart of iron
or maybe just stone,
but strong enough
to not be broken again.

With my head held high
I shall lead my life
and not let it pass me by.
My light will shine
where it once was dim.

My chioces are mine and
I shall not be influenced.
My independence shall rejoice.

I will no longer hurt.
I will no longer be weak.
I will no longer be broken

The Rose
