~ I write poetry from behind the looking glass. Most of my years I have felt like I am hovering outside myself, as if my life is the nightmare and my dreams are the reality in which I survive. I try to paint pictures with words. I may not be Picasso or Dali with a quill, but how can I be? I can only be me.
~ Many people believe when they see, I see when I believe. Life is balance. Without pain and sorrow we have no way to measure joy and happiness.
Find hope and thrive.
~ I feel I can write on any subject, as I have seen heaven and hell on earth. TRY ME OUT. Give me a subject, and I will dedicate the write to you.
(this is not a pompous, prideful boast. I am merely trying to challenge myself.)
~ I have published a poem with poetry.com. "The Ministry of Love" Due out this spring in their annual anthology series. This is a nice dose of affirmation for a man so filled with personal doubt.
I say this only to express that dreams can come true if you set your sights upon them. MY dream of publication was 23 years in the making.
~ PLEASE post comment on whatever you may read at allpoetry.com or anywhere else. Human kind needs reassurance that it's shared expression is not in vain.
I believe all art to have value if it comes from the soul.

Ashes of a Shadow on August 26, 2007my respect and reverence for you is endless....and it's a shame you were absent for so long, I l-l-loved...did I say LOVED that period we got acquainted firstly on DP, then here...you rocked the house, you were sorely missed by yours truly and you continue to be and always will...be a great inspiration and a joy to know
