I'd rather talk about my poetry than myself, send me a message if you want to get to know me.
I write free-form more than I do structured poems. I like surrealism and try to incorporate it into my writing.
Muses and Influences...Writers like E.A.Poe, and works like Grimm's Fairytales, Alice's Advenures In Wonderland, and its sequel, Alice Through the Looking Glass [both by Lewis Carroll] have been major influences on my style and subject matter. Winter, rain, love, death, vampires, nighttime, as well as other stereotyped elements of the "goth" culture, live theatre, obscure things like absinthe, and any concepts that fascinate me inspire me and often appear in my writing. Music, however, is undoubtedly my favorite muse... it's my main passion, more so than writing. =O
I love entering contests, especially quickies. 20 words are my favorite. I also enjoy holding contests... and I will whenever I have the points to =]
