My name is Wayne. I have served as a moderator at allpoetry in the past and I'm presently serving as the Site Supervisor & Senior Moderator at Allphilosophy. I am a single male from Mississippi. I am self-empl. I completely restore antique automobiles and furniture. I also build custom furniture for major department stores. I am a single Father. I have a 16 year old daughter who is the apple of my eye. She and I are extremely close and with the Lord's help it will always be that way!! I teach a sunday school class for the mentally handicapped. The ages in this class vary but we have had them from 18 up to 65. Our class is called "Special Friends", which I think is appropriate because we are all special in God's eyes. After working with Special Ed people for 14 years now I have come to realize I am not teaching them as much as they are teaching me. If you honestly wish to receive a blessing in your life and want to be inspired beyond comprehension then just volunteer to work with those less forturnate. To receive a blessing you must first be willing to be a blessing to someone else . I am a trumpet player and have been since the 6th grade. At the age of 19, I was chosen to lead the music in a Crusade throughout Argentina. It was such an eye-opening and life-changing experience, and one I will never forget!

I love many different activities. I love tennis, swimming, jogging, racquet ball, and many other sports. Also, I love to read. I spend alot of time on the computer too, which usually translates into being on either Allpoetry or one of the other sites within our wonderful community.

Here on Allpoetry I will leave terms like "form" and "structure" to the experts. I just like to write what I feel. Emotion is my canvas and thoughts are my inspiration I use to mold myself as a fellow poet. Why write about what you do not know when there is so much you do know just waiting to be revealed. I just simply live to write.

What I write is usually the way I feel deep within myself about any given subject. I love poetry because I get to share my feelings and emotions with everyone without pushing myself onto another person. I enjoy reading other's poetry as well. I have no definite style. I'm not sure if I have any style at all...LOL. I simply put my feelings on paper and express my inner most thoughts hopefully in a creative and expressive way.

I love reading everyone's poetry on A.P. The only thing that makes me sad is when I see people using extreme vulgarity which I feel lessens their creative effects overall. Maybe it's just me but I feel if you are confined to overly expressing yourself with it then maybe you settled for a much lesser thought instead of being patient and allowing the creative juicies to flow.

I do not deem it necessary to post creations everyday, but only when it comes to me naturally over time. Sometimes it comes quite often and other times I could not find the right words with a dictionary and a flashlight in front of my face...LOL. I do not believe in developing inspiring poems by appointment. I cannot just pick and choose when to write just as I cannot pick and choose when to be inpired. Maybe not for all, but for me I need to have inpiration to write. I need to feel it inside before I can write it.
