I discovered that poetry was a good way to stop my stress levels reaching maximum last year and have been using it ever since to stop myself going insane (it's cheaper then a therapist). I write for myself mostly, but if something I have written has made an impact on someone, even if its just a small smile, then thats a bonus.
So, a bit about me.
Im eighteen so Im legal for (I think) everything here in the UK, woo

I spend a lot of time with my friends, either just chatting or going for a night out.
I love my crazy, dysfunctional, annoying family who I often want to kill but who I
wouldn't trade for any other.
A lot of my poems are about relationships and love, both the good and the bad and most of them are based on my own experiences in that area.
As you will notice through reading my stuff, Im not very good at relationships lol
Religion plays a minor part in my life. I am Christian but, as my friends would say, I'm a very bad one.
I tend to think of what my faith teaches me and then totally disregard it.
I'm a curious girl who likes to find out why she shouldn't do something herself
before accepting it as good advice
I think that's it,
so yeah,
bye!

Mistress Kathriana on March 5*laughs* I do too, it gets me in trouble A LOT.
Alright, here's one of my favorites,
so this guy gets a face lift for his bday and feels really great about how younger he looks. so when he buys the paper, he asks the guy at the stand how old he looks, the guy says 37 and he says thank you he's 47. later he gets Mcdonalds and asks the girl at the counter how old he looks, she says 34 and he says thank you im actually 47. that night on the way home on the bus, there's an older lady in the back. he asks her as the last person, she says she has a gift, if hell let her stick her hand down his pants for ten minutes, she can tell him his exact age. well, no one's looking, he says yes. she's feeling around and feeling around and ten minutes later she takes her hand out and says"you're 47."
"Wow! how did you know that? that's amazing!"
"I was behind you at McDonalds." -
