Hey people. When I write poetry I just write it to have fun. My poems arn't usualy all that awsome. Anyway as I said, I write for my entertainment. I find it fun to write poems. Often when I enter a contest it's not because I have any hope of wining, it's because I like to write and I like people to notice my poems. The more comments, the more I know what people want to see and then I write a really good poem. Well, I hope you find a poem of mine that you like. Happy Reading!!!
1 Cor 13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, is not pompous, it is not inflated. It is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
That is my favoret bible verse, the one I try to live by most.

"All that is gold does not glitter,
not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
a light from the darkness shall spring;
renewed shall be the blade that was broken;

what do you think of that poem? I love Aragorn, and this poem is so... him! I love the lord of the rings so much! Even before the movies came out I was a major fan!
things that make me smile:
FOOD: anything mexican and spicy
BOOK: anything happy
MOVIE: parent trap, or Feris Beauler
SPORT: figure scating (did you see that Japinese girl in the olimpics?)
TV SHOW: M*A*S*H (it's the best ever!) followed closely by Zorro
ANIMAL: cats and snakes (yeah I know they hate each other)
HOBBY: reading (it takes me away from my life for a while)
DRINK: Red wine. *My aunt lets me drink it at her house*
CANDY: Tic-Tacs
FANTACY BEING: elves and dragons (it's a tie)
COMPUTER GAME: SIMS 2 (I like being abducted by alians)
SUBJECT IN SCHOOL: Social problems or Psychology (I change according to wich class I am in at the time)
PARTY: Fiesta!

For those of you who don't know and may be confused by the reasons I may act the way I do, like how I am 20, but often seem like a child, or my sudden mood swings, I have Bipolar. My Bipolar is not as severe as some people's bipolar, but it can cause a lot of problems for me. One of the biggest problems, at least here on allpoetry, is I don't act my age apparently. So some people don't believe that I am the age I am, they think I am a kid trying to pose as a college student, and others for some reason think I am in my thirties. Well, that is both wrong and silly.
P.S. Even though Tolkein is my faveoret writer, my faveoret story is definetly the Leminy Snicket books. Dickens the Christmas Carol is also one of my favoret all time stories. The cronicals of Narnia are also always good. So is Alice in Wonderland, oh and Babysitters club though everyone thinks I'm way too old to read them
P.P.S I like randomeness. It's a lot of fun.
