Hey guys, Im 17, and im Australian.
I just returned to Australia after spending 6 months on student exchange in the united states.
I started writing when i was 13, when i wrote a poem about a scooter accident that ended up with a trip to the emergency room, it was originally written for an english assignment but when my friends saw it they encouraged me to keep writing, which i did for a while. About a year ago a few things happened in my life and i stopped writing completly, but, with the encouragment of a great friend of mine, i have started again, and i hope to get better with every poem i write ^_^
I moved out of home at the age of 15. That was really tough. I still live alone so im pretty busy with stuff to do, i dont get much time to write. When i write something.. i rarely post it here, i dont know why.
Most of my poetry is about life, Either life itself or personal life experiances or, flaws i find in the whole structure of life. Some of my stuff is dark, though i dont normally post that (Last time i did my school counsellor found my page and was not impressed)
Apart from writing, my number one hobby is photography. Im on the magazine comitee at my school and really love it.
Hopefully, ill have more to post soon.

wbiro on July 6Hey, that's a great theme, "flaws in the structure of life"... I hope that they don't overwhelm you...!

Kastor : You don't have to answer if I'm asking too much. on June 15How do you live on your own? Where I'm from there arent many good places that will rent to someone under 18. Usually minors end up living an extremely difficult life or worse when they leave home, so most that do have done it as a last effort.

Kastor : you write above your age on June 12I am adding you to my favorites because I believe you are talented.

-LilacThOughts- : Ambushed!Ambushed!Ambushed! on May 29Hi Lkm,
Guess what? You’ve been ambushed! All your friends here at ‘The Poetic Bandits’ have got together to Hood-Wink you and comment on your poetry. Hope you are encouraged by this and find it a blessing. Keep up the great writing and thank you for your contributions through poetry and your friendship to many in our group and on this site
