Hello reader, I am the human known as Morgan. I am a conglomeration of many different things. I consider myself to be a goth, but I'm mostly a very happy person, contrary to popular belief that all goths are angry and depressed, believe me, we probably have more fun than most 'normal' people do. Yes, I have my down days (or weeks, or months...), but who doesn't? Music is a big part of my life. I listen to pretty much anything (except rap-bleagh!), but I generally enjoy metal the most. Good metal, not the mass-produced fluff that most people classify as metal because it has a few screams and lots of bass and guitar. Divine Heresy, Pantera, DevilDriver, Fear Factory, Otep, Arch Enemy, Black Tide, Chimaira, Meshuggah, Soulfly, Sepultura, Within Temptation, Tool, Sevendust, all excellent and sometimes legendary metal bands in many different sub-genres, check them out. Otep Shamaya is one of my heroes. I also sing, and am currently looking for a band to be in. I love going to concerts, hanging out with my friends, getting pierced (only 7 ear piercings and my tongue so far, but I'm planning on getting more!), reading, writing and creating. I love cars (c'mon, is there anything nicer than riding (or preferably driving) a powerful car on a gorgeous day with the windows down and the stereo blasting your favorite music?), and am learning more about them every chance I get. I am interested in many things considered odd by the mainstream, including but not limited to vampires, the supernatural and body modification. I learn from my mistakes, I don't hold grudges, and I keep a very open mind. I'm a smart ass, gutter brained (but I hide it well) and can be rather sarcastic at times. In spite of that, I am sometimes too polite for my own good, and I don't like hurting people unnecessarily. I enjoy the outdoors - there's nothing quite so soothing as watching the clouds roll by on a pleasant day as the wind whispers through the trees and ruffles the grass, or finding constellations in a clear night sky. I am just getting into civil war reenacting, and I have found I adore hoop skirts and old-fashioned clothing (it's nice feeling like a lady!). I have found that the simplest things are what I end up enjoying most, which is a good thing because I'm nowhere near being rich. I am very quiet if I don't know you, but I am always there for you and very loyal if I consider you a friend. I hate drama with a passion, and avoid it at all costs.
