i am chelsea amelia patton

your a phony attribute to a tear drop on a cheek. Ive heard your stories running, Collecting stones and sticks and blood.
the high and mighty pounding of your heart on my throat, left me feeling ill... while your finding a new "love" to retreat into your world. Of clouds and emo bands.
My lips fell to the music of your tear drops thumping your palms, or what I thought it was. When really it was probably slobber from your lips, cant keep them shut without your tongue wabbling out when the next hot thing walks about
Your senses walked into a room, shattering mohogany walls, shoving you to your ass.   Stick it to the sky with the hearts of flying arms and true people with true feelings, fighting for whats realy
real
your sobbing sobs of lonely tears, and feelings that pierce whats not so real. Im dreaming of a day to hold my fear tighter tight, and in my heart ILL always know whats right
Im alone in a twenty story building, alone as it gets, with the lights immigrating to the south end of the bay. Rubbing my shoulders, and my feet in creases in my jeans, cuz I know im the only one, who can comfort me

Alicia- thank you so much for the comment, that is one of the poems not many people have read more or less commented on, so it inspires me. Your poem I really loved, I cant even begin to tell you.. I bet we are on the same wave length, haha Thanks again!!

It's odd. When I read 'Still Regret' I felt the beauty in your words. You set a certain tone that made me remember why I was writing in the first place. To convey something simple. To remember the emotions, whether good or bad. Life and it's words, and all the subtle lines in between that we often overlook. I was surprised to win your contest, but I also realize we must be on the same wave length, and so I thank you.
