Shenton : The old Poetry Workshop on November 7

I'm sure I still have a lot of my work locked away in the old MSN PW.
Is there any way in which I can revisit it and perhaps down load it to a file in my computer or perhaps transfer it to Allpoetry?
If there is, and, remembering that I'm now in my 90th year, you could talk me through it in a not too technical way, I would be most grateful.
I often wonder what happened to some of the friends I made in my pre AP days.

Hi,

Just wanted to Thank you for all your comments on my poems,
Alot of them are from a few years ago when I was just starting out. I was going through some bad stuff, so my writing reflected that, but recently I've been trying to bring out a lighter side. Yes, I am a musician, I sing and play guitar.
Your quite welcome to go through my poetry and check the spelling if you like I would much appreciate it
