Friends are always friends no matter how far you have to travel back in time. If you have memories together, there is always a piece of your friendship inside your heart.
<3 those all describe my best friend perfectly. she is the one whos shoulder i sob into and she still comforts me--even when her shirt looks like it's been tossed into the ocean. She is the hand pulling me back from the abyss, the one who can never stay mad at me (nor i at her), the one who's heart is as deep as a bottomless well, the one who picks me up, dusts me off, gives me a smile, and says, "Now, what did we learn from that?....silence....nevermind. let's do it again!" She's my best friend. my soul friend. my once-in-a-lifetime friend. my even-if-you-let-me-go-ill-still-be-hanging-on-to-your-back friend.
