Hey, my name is Rachel. I am originally from New York, last year I moved to Georgia I am 27 years old and married for going on 2 years now. I'm a pretty laid back person that just likes to have people to talk to. I write poetry every time I seem to get some random inspiration, that's why I enter contests and such... they set off a spark in my head as to what I want to write. As laid back as I am, I am also very complicated.. I have been through more things than anyone should ever go through in their lifetime. I also suffer from clinical depression which is a daily battle to survive. Also, I have had type 1 diabetes since I was 13. Im not really sure what to say on these things that's why it's so hard... so if anything sounds weird or out of place sorry. I'd like to meet new people whos poetry I can read and people who will read mine. Other than poetry I like to sing karaoke alot... I know it sounds gay but it's fun and I'm told that I sing really well. I love playing pool but presently I cannot do that due to the aneurysms in my eyes. Ummm I like all sorts of music from all sorts of genres so I'm pretty much open to anything. My favorite authors are Edgar Allen Poe, William Shakespeare, and Anne Rice. Well anything else you want to know about me feel free to ask I'm on the computer alot and would love to talk. Thanks for looking at my page I hope you like everything you see and read.
