I am a 43 year old disabled bipolar. Singer/songwriter, who has been writing poetry since the age of 14. I love Carl Sandburg,Edgar Poe, Emily Dickinson, and e.e. Cummings to name a few.
I have written two published books of poetry one called The Eye ,Maniacal Dreams., Through the eyes of sadness .
I often write about my illness or about love, as I got married for the 3rd time here on June 20 of 09 in East Haddam, CT.
Often times the lyrics I print here will end up with melody and soon in the studio.
I am a classically trained singer opera singer (I'm a tenor) andI write original material which is very similar to 20th century art songs ( that's the best way I could describe it).
Well I hope people get something out of my work.
Oh and did I mention I have two more books of poetry coming out before the end of the year.

Things have changed quite a bit since this last report.
I have written a musical, and quite a few of the songs are included here Closing In On Forever,Of You ,to name some.
I am now working on my second musical untitled at the moment.
I am working on my third which is a rock/jazz musical called so far One Sunny Morning In Nuremberg- which is about the holocaust and a group of men struggling to stay alive inside of a prison camp
Planning to move to Cleveland on the East side within this year.
I have met some great friends Symphony, Jenny84,ERbby, all my bipolars
