I am a 43 year old disabled bipolar. Singer/songwriter, who has been writing poetry since the age of 14. I love Carl Sandburg,Edgar Poe, Emily Dickinson, and e.e. Cummings to name a few.
I have written two published books of poetry one called The Eye and the other just of late called Maniacal Dreams. Both still available through me. And just about the cost of postage. Hint. Hint.
I often write about my illness or about love, as I am getting married for the 3rd time here on June 20 of 09 in East Haddam, CT.
Often times the lyrics I print here will end up with melody and soon in the studio.
I am a classically trained singer who is doing a show in Chester CT on Dec 7 2008 including some opera (I'm a tenor) and original material which is very similar to 20th century art songs ( that's the best way I could describe it).
Well I hope people get something out of my work.
Oh and did I mention I have two more books of poetry coming out before the end of the year.
