Hello. My name is Dan. I hadn't updated this for about a year because to be honest, it really doesn't matter to me that much, it merely got to a stage where just about none of the information applied anymore My passions in life are playing, listening to and producing music and football (i'm a gooner). I'm a fairly opinionated person, and won't go down without a fight if someone disagrees with me. I play guitar in a band - Burn Before You - we play metalcore and are just gigging, hanging out and having fun at the moment.

As everyone seems to have their opinion about the scene, I feel I should share mine. Basically, people want to feel as if they belong to something in life. Whether they're part of a religion, or support a football team, or are part of a music scene, it still provides the same feeling of worth, and goes some way to making you feel as if you're not alone. Kids like to fuck around with their hair and guys like to wear girls jeans - so what? It's far more depressing that people put so much effort in to hating the scene when they could be getting on with their own lives. People are who they are and thats that, if you don't like it, keep clear of it, simple as.

Anyway, enough of that rant Right now I work at Morrison's supermarket, only part time mind you, 'cause i'm a bit lazy really. I'm going to start at Thames Valley University this summer, studying music technology, which'll hopefully lead to some sort of career in the music buisness.
