~~ All my poems explain huge storys, within a couple lines. But the purpose is to find your own story within them. ~~ With a couple exceptions ~~

Most of my poems are about pain and thoughts ive had, I started by just writing down random thoughts. Then a friend of mine showed me some of her poetry, I got interested. I was told they were pretty good, so now ive become addicted.

We, as humans, push so hard to achieve something that means so little. We fight to move forward in life, we don't give up in our pursuit to find happieness, that will only crush us once again. We carry forward through our pain and misery. We fight for what we believe in. Within the small amount of time we have to exsist. We attempt to fix everything, assist where we are needed. Only to have your exsistence wiped and everything you've accomplished wiped with it. Everything worked for... Nothing left... Why? Why does mankind pursuit such goals only to have the same result as a baby whom suffers death upon birth. They are the lucky ones. Why does the race of humans push to such a pointless goal? Why do I keep moving forward...?

You walk on like a woman in suffering
Won't even bother now to tell me why
You come alone, letting none of us savor the moment
Leaving me broken another time

You come on like a bloodstained hurricane
Leave me alone, let me be this time

I don't want to mention, the reason I know

That I am Stricken and can't let you go

That I am crippled by all that you've done

I want to know if I'll heal inside
I can't go on with a holocaust about to happen
Seeing you laughing another time

You'll never know how your face has haunted me
My very soul has to bleed this time
Another hole in the wall of my inner defenses
Leaving me breathless, the reason I know

That I am stricken and can't let you go
