Born to German parents in sunny Greece, my early years were spent scraping my knees on neighborhood streets, discovering ideal hiding spots in run down buildings (a pro at hide and seek), jumping off 5-8m rocks into the Mediterranean Sea with my dad, hunting octopus with my brother and bubble baths with my sisters. At 11 years old I was off to boarding school in a little town 2 hours south of Prague, Czech Land here I come. Ice-skating on big frozen lakes, skiing, biking through lush green forests, midnight escapes from the dorm, and of course… DUMPLINGS. My favorite family possession is our old camper van (the BIG BLUE), in which my mom drove us through most of Europe and infected with me with a long term addiction to traveling. My favorite spots yet are Long Beach on Vancouver Island, Hana in Maui, and Pilion in Greece. I love untouched nature, new places, unique people, and the adrenalin rush of out door sports. I have a passion for the arts, I used to want to be a dancer, I can Hula, I take singing lessons (it makes me very happy), I love chesty laughs, I turn to ice after big fights, I'm terrible at apologizing in person, I can cry and laugh at the same time (a disturbing sight indeed), and I want to be involved in documentary films!! Currently I live in Bristol doing an MSc in Science Communications.
