Well i'm Bret, 16 going into the 11th grade. =)
I write all the time, about anything that pretty much crosses my mind. And if you know me, that's a lot of things =D
Im a really random person and i tend to do things on the spur of the moment.
I was raised in North Carolina out in the woods on a farm before moving to Florida few years back. So im a country wild boy trying to fit in with all these beach and fake tan lovers
I started writing poetry few years back when i moved down to Florida few years back. Ripped away from my friends, farm, woods, and town i lived in for 12 years being dropped into a big city in Florida. Was kind of a shock going from neightbors 3 miles down the road and acres of land to small apartment smackdab in city in Florida.
Honestly i started writing because i was made fun of for my accent, way i dressed, way i didn't like big city and the salty beaches. I read something about writing helping people deal with problems and so, i started writing stories, then poetry and i got hooked.

More recently, April 25th, 2008 i met the love of my life, Shannon or as i call her, Nariko =) She's the most amazing girl ever, i couldn't live without her. A lot of my poems are based on her <3 but of course not the cheating or pain ones, those old relationships/made up. But a lot of my poetry is true to how i feel or how i see other people act and think they feel. But enjoy my poems =)
