Well first off I am a guy. I think its funny that people only think girls can write poetry, because I'm a guy and I've already been published in a book and people seem to like my poetry. SO....HA! lol.. but anyways this poem should explain the rest....
I write my rhymes
To trap the times
That I have had before
So I don't forget
The things that let
Me reach my inner core
The things I've felt
The things that melt
The things that are inside
I write down in pen
Every now and then
If not I'd lose my mind
These rhymes I write
Are to incite
So others my also feel
The love and might
The passion bright
To which no one can steal
I write my rhymes
To trap the times
Inside this rhyming verse
Not enough time
To write all my rhymes
And my cravings getting worse
