a picture screams a thousand words (For New Members in January)

Welcome all new members for January!

If you ever take the time to stroll through my menagerie of works, you will notice that I have a tendency to use art from Mike Bohatch with my poems. Sometimes, a picture will create a poem in my soul...and other times, a picture will just fit perfectly with a poem I have written. Bearing that in mind, your challenge (should you chose to accept it) is as follows:

I want you to look through Mike Bohatchs' works and write a poem from any one of them. He has a wide variety of emotions portrayed in his works, so this should be fairly easy. He has a number of galleries at www.eyesofchaos.com.

Rules

1. Only one entry per person...for some of you, this may be difficult because his works speak to some.

2. Minor vulgarity is permitted. but please keep it to a minimum.

3. You can use any form that you prefer but it must be a minimum of 10 lines long and a maximum of 50. A line will only count if it contains 3 or more words (haiku is the exception) and spaces between lines to not come into play.

4. Please try and keep your entries consistent with the artwork. He is very diverse, but I think that (for the most part) there are definite feelings for every piece.

5. Required You must either post the picture you are writing about or leave a link in the author comments.
Hope to see a lot of entries in this contest

This sounds very interesting... and fun. And, it sends the authors on a search, broadening their poetic horizons.
