I write what I have lived and what I feel in my soul. I love to read all forms of poetry and I appreciate all comments and critique I get. The talent on this site is amazing and I am honored to be among such talent!!
Writing poetry for me is and has been a form of release and sanctuary. Writing what I feel helped me survive for nearly 15 years in a bad and abusive marriage and helped me deal with my children's father's suicide. I only hope that I can continue to write and express my life through poetry.
