Clash City RockerShow poetry

I usually write about people, problems, things that make me happy, or things that piss me off.  I write lots of caustic types of poetry.  I also like to write down what I see.  I'm a writer, a guitarist, a photographer, and an intense lover of music.  I love punk mostly, but I'm not limited to just that.  Joe Strummer is my hero.  I loved his way of writing songs.  He had so much to say and I believe my way of writing should be that way too.  I'm very political and opinionated so I incorporate that into my poetry and other styles of media that I work in.

That's all for now.  See ya in the pit!

I was 14 in 1979 when I bought my first record by The Clash. I am excited to see the band transcend the generations. 'Catcher in the Rye' is a fantastic read. You have good taste young lady. I look forward to reading your poetry, but I must go for now.

I very much agree with Melodies. And J.D. Salinger is brilliant with The Catcher in the Rye - nice choice.
