I am a 68 year old man who is happily married to his second wife for 41 years. Philosophy is one of my favorite subjects to read and write. I also enjoy humorous subjects. I try to live a life being non-judgemental of others and empathetic to their feelings. To me everyone has good in them; some people it is harder to find it in them than it is in others. Who am I to say what is good or bad, one cannot exist without the other. To me life is a mirror that reflects back what is presented to it, wether it is good or evil. I can see in the poems that I read on this site there are a lot of compassionate people who are members. Poetry comes from the soul and represents ones deepest emotions and thoughts trying to show others the why, the how and the where they come from. Always remember you can not always help what happens to you but you can control how you react to it. The very best to you always.
