CingThroughBroknGlasShow poetry

Hi. I'm just another voice. Just another pair of eyes. Just another writer in thousands. Just another set of poems. You're my audience. You decide who you think I am. Look through my eyes for once and try to understand my rambling. Fall into my world. Welcome.

This is the first poem I have put on this site. It is named after my screename.

Seeing Through Broken Glass:

Glance into lungs of fear,
Look through the tunnels of my soul.
Black clouds filter my dreams.
The stinging wind is very cold.
See right through me,
See right through me.
And who is left over?

Breathe the air glistening with mist,
Of pains let go yesterday.
Don’t remember, Don’t forget.
Don’t wander over the edges.
See right through me,
See right through me.
And who is left over?

Break the crust of the earth,
Take a bath in selfishness.
Hear a scream, see the lightning.
Burning liquid, searing flesh.
See right through me,
See right through me.
And who is left over?

Layers of liars underneath each skin,
Where does it end, where does it begin?
Broken hands mending broken wings,
On broken birds that no longer sing.
Crying children with crying mothers,
Who don’t notice they’re crying like all the others.
Broken glass reflecting broken mirrors,
Who is there, who do you see?
See right through me,
See right through me.
And who is left over?
