That wasn’t me, hell it was the me everyone wanted to see.
The me that smiled, laughed, the me that had no other way of living than to.
I was once her, a person that cried at the drop of a hat, pleaded to be left alone and broke so often that it was impossible not to see her as weak. She died.
Out of the ashes I became the person in “eyes” and I made damn sure that no-one saw into my own, other than to notice the flaw there.
