¡Hola!
Seeing this is a site about poetry, let's start off with a description of my poetry.
Most of it is "dark," and "angsty." It's also put in lyrics for my band to play and for me to compose songs to. There are some non-lyrical poems there, however they are few and far between. However, I am on a very lengthy writer's block as in having written very few poems for the past two and a half years. Yeah...lengthy. I am also rather busy with a lot of school stuff and therefore, my writing for pleasure doesn't occur very often.
And, for a description about me, all you need to really know is that my name is Michele, but you may call me Chellie. Also, I'm almost 16 years old and have been writing since I could remember. Poetry isn't my strong point, stories and satires are, however poetry is a form of writing that I've always indulged myself in. I'm an Model United Nations delegate at my highschool, therefore a lot of my time is devoted to studying foreign relations and policies of the nation I represent. I rarely log onto AllPoetry now, but every now and then I log on to check on things so I will read and/or respond to your comment sooner or later.

Well I’m a bit out of practice cause I haven’t written anything in ages, so excuse my shit punctuation and grammar…and limited vocabulary. Sorry about my appalling use of the word “shit”, I know that some Americans feel weird about that…anyway what a candid…..if not over due reply…I didn’t forget, but I haven’t exactly spent the few months sweating with anticipation either…just in case you're wondering…I’M NOT A OLD MAN WHO SPENDS MOST OF HIS TIME UNDER THE NICE GLOW OF A FUCKING COMPUTER SCREEN…(I’m quite paranoid about those kind of things) Just finished “high school” actually… (oh joy college awaits)…anyway I don’t really care much about complements…I can’t wait for the day when I get awarded an Oscar for directing Terminator 4 and I get to reject it!

ChicaneryInc on August 19, 2006Sorry for a rather long delay in response. You may not even remember what this is about.
Actually, I enjoyed your first comment, it put a brighten on my day, however offensive it may have come off, but I've learned that you can't take things that could be constructive too seriously. I realize that my poems are that of a "teenage angst," but after all, I am a teenager, and a lot of it was written when I was going through rough times with my father and friends or was just entirely stressed out. Most of this was written when I had to get everything off my chest that I was having a hard time dealing with. Also, it's not unfortunate for me that "mindless pleasantries and compliments," aren't your strong point. Aren't we always fed those? It would be hypocritical of me to get offended by your comment when I would say something just as blunt to somebody would it not?
Anyhoo, again sorry for such a delay in a response. -
