Chelsea VoidShow poetry

- Reminiscence -

People are changing and it's ripping me apart
Speak your mind, it's the one true art
These faces are blind, make misconceptions
Did they ever really hear my questions?

I know what you've said, I played it by ear
I knew who you were back more than a year
Are we really that different, our struggles, our minds?
It's the only conclusion I've been able to find.

Will you forget me when we've parted our ways
Your cross-road leaves, my cross-road stays
If anything to ask for, this is my request
Recall our beginning, don't dwell on the rest.

_______

Hope you like my stuff, but if not, leave some constructive criticism. I shall approach it with an open mind.
